PURPOSE: A structure of an air converter is provided to improve combustion efficiency in combustion by combining combustion in an internal combustion engine. CONSTITUTION: A structure of an air converter comprises a metal plate and an LED(110). The metal plate emits thermions multiplying the kinetic energy of the air to the wall of the air intake tube inside of the internal combustion engine. The LED emits photoelectrons in order for anions to become cations in the air. The thermions multiply the kinetic energy of the air to make that photoelectron anions become cations in the air.
