PURPOSE: A floating loading system is provided to minimize the time that live fish is transported with a carrier vehicle, thereby improving marketability of live fish. CONSTITUTION: A floating loading system comprises a float base(100) which floats on the sea, vertical frames(200) which are fixed to the top of the float base in the longitudinal direction, horizontal frames(230) which connect the tops of the vertical frames and arranged in a cantilever form from the sea toward the land, link frames(220) which are fixed to the tops of the horizontal frames to connect the vertical frames together, guide frames which are fixed to the exterior of the horizontal frames, a drive motor and a drive winch which are moved along the guide frames, and a hook which is connected to a wire rope connected to the drive winch in order to fix a container receiving live fish from a fishing vessel.
