PURPOSE: A pipe connection assembly having a rotary handle is provided to minimize water leakage caused by water pressure by stably applying uniform tightening force to a sealing ring. CONSTITUTION: A pipe connection assembly having a rotary handle comprises a screw-type tightening unit(40) and a rotary handle(50). The screw-type tightening unit comprises a coupling hole(44), an outer screw unit(43), cut wedge grooves(42), and multiple integrated rotary knobs(40a). A straight pipe(2) is inserted into the coupling hole. The outer screw unit is screwed on an inner screw unit(28) of a socket unit(24) of fitting(20). The cut wedge grooves press the straight pipe inserted into the coupling hole. The integrated rotary knobs are radially extended from the rear edge of the screw-type tightening unit. The rotary handle is coupled to bolt heads(48) and can be detached from the bolt heads depending on work environment.
