PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation fan with static pressure that improves ventilation efficiency, reduces noises and sends air stream in a plurality of directions at a low cost. SOLUTION: The ventilation fan includes: a first and second coaxial impellers 11, 21; a motor 9 that drives a first and second impellers 11, 21; a first casing 12 that has a first cylindrical unit 12a that opens a first inlet 12b and a first blowing passage 12c that extends in a peripheral tangential direction from the first cylindrical unit 12a and opens a first blow off outlet 13 on an apex; and a second casing 22 that has a second cylindrical unit 22a that opens a second inlet 22b and a second blowing passage 22c that extends in the peripheral tangential direction from a second cylindrical unit 22a and opens a second blow off outlet 23 on an apex. A direction where the first blowing passage 12c extends from the first cylindrical unit 12a is circumferentially different from a direction where the second blowing passage 22c extends from the second cylindrical unit 22a, and Blowoff directions A1, A2 of air stream that is blown out from the first and second blow off outlets 13, 23 are different.
