PURPOSE: A surface inspection system of a plastic molded product having curved surface, capable of exact surface analysis is provided to optimize a camera position and illumination. CONSTITUTION: A surface inspection system of a plastic molded product having curved surface comprises a multi-articulation robot(1), an inspection jig(2), a LED illumination unit(3) and first and second camera unit. The inspection jig is installed in the end part arm of a robot. The LED illumination unit is installed in the inspection jig to one side. The first and second camera unit is installed in the LED illumination unit other side of the inspection jig. The inspection jig is composed of a mainframe, a lighting space wearing frame part and a mounting frame part. The mainframe is combined in the end part arm of the multi-articulation robot. The lighting space wearing frame part is combined in one side of the mainframe.
