PURPOSE: A choline-gold nanoparticle complex containing an anti-muscarinic drug is provided to selectively block only muscarinic acetycholine receptors. CONSTITUTION: A choline ion-gold nanoparticle complex contains M1 anti-muscarinic drug such as pirenzepine and telenzepine, whichs prevent side effect to heart. The complex induces ion bond by pipetting ad vortexing one molecule of gold nanoparticle for each proper time.
