PURPOSE: A ball valve with a ball outlet and a bidirectional seat structure is provided to receive and control minute fluid through smooth closing of a valve, to stabilize the torque of a ball, and to prevent backflow and a leakage. CONSTITUTION: A ball valve comprises a ball(22), a seat part(25), and a seat ring(26). A downstream outlet communicated with the inside of the ball has a curved structure with equal top and bottom sides. The seat part has a layered structure and contacts both sides of the ball. The seat ring is formed of an annular plate and installed inside the seat part to enhance the contact force to the ball.
