Anti-Inflammation Agent Having Inhibitory Effect Against mPGES-1 Activity

PURPOSE: An anti-inflammation agent with effect of suppressing mPGES-1 is provided to inhibit inflammation caused by prostaglandin E2 and to treat inflammatory diseases or pain. CONSTITUTION: An anti-inflammation agent which suppresses mPGES-1 activity contains a compound of chemical formula 1 as an active ingredient. In chemical formula 1, R1 is halogen atom of F, Cl, Br, or I; and R2 is hydrogen, alkyl, alkyl aryl, or cyclo alkyl. A therapeutic agent for treating prostate cancer or ovarian cancer contains the compound of chemical formula 1 as an active ingredient.
