PURPOSE: An automatic emulsion fuel producing device for a boiler is provided to put liquid fuel and water having a proper mixing ratio into a boiler just before the boiler is operated. CONSTITUTION: An automatic emulsion fuel producing device for a boiler comprises a water tank(1), a liquid fuel tank(3), a preheating and stirring tank(43), first and second cylinders(5,7), and first, second, third, and fourth check valves(CV1,CV2,CV3,CV4). The preheating and stirring tank stirs water and liquid fuel flowing into the water tank and the liquid fuel tank and emulsifies the stirred mixture. A first piston(9) of the first cylinder and a second piston(11) of the second cylinder repetitively ascend and descend when a second motor(47) is rotated. When the first and second pistons descend, the first and third check valves are opened, and the second and fourth check valves are closed. When the first and second pistons ascend, the first and third check valves are closed, and the second and fourth check valves are opened.
