PURPOSE: A method for treating waste vinyl for recycling is provided not to discard, but to separately treat mud, which is generated at treating waste vinyl, thereby improving the effectiveness of recycling waste vinyl. CONSTITUTION: A method for treating waste vinyl for recycling comprises: a step of cutting mud attached waste vinyl by a cutting unit, transferring the same, and putting into a first tank; a step of cleaning the waste vinyl by using an aerator; a step of transferring the waste vinyl to a conveyer, putting into a filter press, and dehydrating the same; a step of drying the waste vinyl by using a hitting blower, and discharging the waste vinyl through a duct.
