PURPOSE: A cable connecting apparatus for a simple tension regulation is provided to prevent a accident when controlling a rope while reducing a danger of installing the cable. CONSTITUTION: A cable connection device(100) is comprised of a casing, a rotary member(120), an adjusting member(140), and a sliding member(130). The casing has an accommodation space therein and includes a long hole in longitudinal direction. The rotary member is accommodated in the casing and is combined to be rotatable. The adjusting member is arranged in a part of the outside of the casing. The adjusting member rotates the rotary member by sharing the rotary member and a rotary shaft.
