<p>The device (10) has a holding plate (12) in which an accommodating opening (18) for a holding part of a luggage compartment partition is formed. A fastening plate (14) is movably attached to the holding plate, and fastening units attach the holding plate and fastening plate parallel to each other so that a vehicle lining part is arranged between the holding and fastening plates. The fastening units are formed by two fixing bolts (38) and two notch openings (42), and internal hinges (24, 30) are provided between the plates, where the device is formed from plastic.
