PURPOSE: A front wheel driven type two wheel vehicle is provided to improve climbing ability while employing front wheels as a driving source. CONSTITUTION: A front wheel driven type two wheel vehicle comprises a driving unit, a top housing(10), a first crank shaft(26), a bottom housing(12), a first connecting rod(30), a piston(32), a second crank shaft(38), and a chain. The driving unit is installed in a frame and generates torque. The top housing is fixed to the upper front side of the frame. The first crank shaft is installed in the top housing and allowed to rotate. The bottom housing is installed under the top housing and allowed to rotate, and the bottom housing is connected to a steering wheel to receive a steering force. The first connecting rod is coupled to a crank pin(28) of the first crank shaft and changes the rotational motion of the first crank shaft into the linear motion. The piston is connected to the first connecting rod and moves together. The second crank shaft is installed in the bottom housing and rotated from the linear motion of the piston. The chain transfers torque from the second crank shaft to front wheels. |
