PURPOSE: A digital apparatus having an auxiliary operation button is provided to prevent the misoperation of the digital apparatus. CONSTITUTION: One or more sub operation buttons(130,140) are arranged on side planes, an upper plane, a front plane, or a bottom plane of a main body. The sub operation buttons detect a touch. An event processing unit performs a function corresponding to touched number or a touch pattern by the touch of the sub operation buttons.
