PURPOSE: A method for calibrating the processing height of a laser scanner using a non-contact displacement sensor is provided to calibrate the processing height of a scanner part in real time according to the height of portions of a product. CONSTITUTION: A method for calibrating the processing height of a laser scanner using a non-contact displacement sensor is as follows. A produce to be processed(120) is fixed to a worktable(110). The product on the worktable is divided into several measurement areas(130). A non-contact displacement sensor(200) is moved to the measuring point of each measurement area in order to measure height according to measuring point and make a database. During laser processing using a scanner unit, the height of the scanner unit is controlled based on the height information in the database. |
