PURPOSE: A slamming reduced ship is provided to effectively reduce slamming because a shock-absorbing air layer, which is formed by a skirt member surrounding the stern of the hull, alleviates the motion of a hull against water. CONSTITUTION: A slamming reduced ship(1) comprises a hull(10), a skirt member(30), a weight, a hull joint, and a skirt joint. The skirt member surrounds the stern(12) of the hull, with one end detachably coupled to the stern and the other end submersed in the water, and forms a shock-absorbing air layer(50) under the stern. The weight is installed on the other end of the skirt member. The hull joint is formed in the stern. The skirt joint is formed on one end of the skirt member and detachably coupled with the hull joint.
