PURPOSE: A solution mixing device is provided to measuring the amount of a regent, and to react reagents different each other without the effect of external environment. CONSTITUTION: A solution mixing device comprises: a corrugated pipe(10), in which a first reagent is stored, having a closed top and an opened bottom, capable of expanding along longitudinal direction; a fixing pipe is connected to the bottom of the corrugated pipe; and a cap(30), which is connected to the bottom of the fixing pipe attachably/detachably, for storing a second reagent. The fixing pipe comprises an insertion rod(40) for opening/closing, and a supporting tube(50). The bottom of the insertion rod is inserted into the top of the fixing pipe for preventing leakage of the first reagent. The supporting tube is inside the fixing pipe. A plurality of insertion holes(52) are formed along the longitudinal direction.
