APPARATUS FOR BRIGHTNESS CONTROL OF SHIP DISPLAY

PURPOSE: A brightness control device of a ship navigation is provided to secure high visibility of a ship navigation in the night time by automatically controlling the color theme and brightness of the ship navigation. CONSTITUTION: A brightness control device of a ship navigation comprises a display(500), a setting unit(100), an environment detection unit(200), and a control unit(400). The display shows information on the interior and exterior of a ship. The setting unit sets a display mode of the display. The environment detection unit detects environmental information of a region where the ship sails. The control unit automatically controls the display mode, brightness, and color theme of the display with reference to values set by the setting unit and information provided from the environment detection unit.
