The ancillary has a plate (4) delimiting a support surface (12) that is designed to press against a coil of a scapula (2) of a patient. An adjusting unit (6) adjusts the direction of guiding of component e.g. drill bush, with respect to the plate. The adjusting unit is adapted to be received and fixed in a transversal opening formed in the plate and adapted to be emerged in the support surface.
