PURPOSE: An electric heater, which uniformly heats entire room and reduces idle region by radiating heat in all directions by using a heating element, is provided to improve indoor heating efficiency by controlling a heating element in multi-phases. CONSTITUTION: An electric heater comprises a body(10), a heating element, and a mesh protecting member(30). A machine room(12), in which automotive electric parts are built, is formed in the body. The heating element is made of an insulator base element and a heating wire(24) wound in the base element in a spiral shape. The heating source is generated from the heating element. The gauntlet of the network topology is loaded on the body. The mesh protecting member surrounds the gauntlet of network topology. An outer tube of the base element is formed in columnar or bobbin type.
