<p>The present invention is related to a method to obtain and to produce massively an isolated species of cyanobacteria that produces paralyzing phycotoxins, which comprises the steps of inoculating cyanobacterial filaments in MLA medium supplemented with arginine, methionine and allantoic acid; culturing the cyanobacteria; collecting a volume of culture medium and restituting the removed volume with fresh culture medium; keeping the culture in continuous mode; centrifuging the medium containing the cyanobacteria.</p> |
