MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR INFRARED CUT FILTER

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing an anti-ultraviolet ray filter is provided to prevent damage to or cracks on an anti-ultraviolet ray filter layer by a cutting tool in a cutting process. CONSTITUTION: A disk made of film material is prepared(11). The mask is provided to a single-side of the disk(13). The mask comprises metalizing holes whose diameter is larger than the diameter of the aperture of a camera lens assembly. A cutoff material is evaporated on the mask, and anti-ultraviolet ray filter layers are formed on the single-side of the disk(15). The anti-ultraviolet ray filter layers corresponding to the shape of an evaporation hole remain when the mask is removed(17). The disk is cut into anti-ultraviolet ray filters corresponding to the shape required for the camera lens assembly(19).
