PURPOSE: A metal panel, for inner and outer surface of building, and a construction method thereof are provided to prevent the injuring of an operator and to improve the exterior of a panel. CONSTITUTION: A metal panel, for inner and outer surface of building, comprises a hanging end(10), a connecting end(20), a pair of upper wing shifts, a pair of lower wing shifts(40), and a panel cell(50). The hanging end is formed one of four edges of the square plate. The connecting end is formed in the edge facing to the hanging end. A pair of upper wing shifts is formed at ends of the square plate. The ends part of the multiple lower wing shifts are downward bent.
