PURPOSE: A micro-motion device of a container transfer spreader is provided to enable minute movement of a spreader by pulling wires, which are wound around a hoist drum, with the rotation of a rotating unit of a micro-motion module installed on the upper side of the spreader. CONSTITUTION: A micro-motion device of a container transfer spreader comprises a hoist drum(10), a spreader(20), and a micro-motion module(30). The hoist drum is installed on the upper side of a trolley which transfers the spreader in order to transfer a container and wound with a plurality of wires. The spreader is installed through the wires wound on the hoist drum to pick up a container. The micro-motion module is installed in the middle of four sides of the upper outer parts of the spreader, connected to the wires, and moved from side to side to minutely transfer the spreader.
