PURPOSE: A water proof apparatus of a portable electronic apparatus is provided to protect the portable electronic apparatus from water by forming a water proof apparatus at the terminal combination unit of the portable electronic apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A terminal combination unit(110) transmits one or more electrical signals by using a power source signal and a data signal. An electrical signal control unit(120) outputs or inputs the electrical signal between an external interface and an inner circuit(20) in an activation state. The electrical signal control unit blocks electrically between the terminal coupling unit and the inner circuit in an inactivation state. A water proof control unit(130) controls the activation state and the inactivation state.
