PURPOSE: A cell strainer for centrifugation, and the method of a centrifugation for cell strainer are provided to extract target cell more quickly than cell filtration by gravity. CONSTITUTION: A cell strainer for centrifugation, and the method of a centrifugation for cell strainer comprises a housing(110) and a mesh member(130). The housing comprises an inlet(120) and an outlet(125). The housing connects a supply source and a receptive hole for centrifuge. The mesh member blocks the inside of the housing between the inlet and the outlet, and selectively passes a target cell through. The mesh member blocks the cell materials of soft solid-sate.
