PURPOSE: A generating unit for generating electromotive force using water flow is provided to increase the power generation amount relative to the number of generation units used. CONSTITUTION: A generating unit for generating electromotive force using water flow comprises a fluid part, a rotating part(21), a generating part, and a wind position determining part. The water storage part is built in the fluid part. The rotating part is pivotally combined with the fluid part. A rotating vane(23) is attached to the upper side of the rotating part. The wing is folded and unfolded according to the location. The generating part generates electricity according to the rotation of the rotating part. The wind position determining part controls the folding of the wing according to the inflow direction of the water. The wing is completely folded at the place where the phase difference of 180°with the unfolded wind.
