PURPOSE: A wireless charging device and a charging method thereof are provided to prevent the decrease of a lifetime of a battery by controlling a charging operation according as a current between a main control unit and an inductor coil exceeds a preset critical value. CONSTITUTION: An inductor coil(200) is respectively formed in a plurality of charging cells. A sensor(202) is respectively formed in the plurality of charging cells. A switch(204) turns on and off an electric path between the inductor coil and a main control unit(206). The main control unit controls the switch based on a sensing signal. A multiplexer(208) provides the multiplexed sensing signal to the main control unit by multiplexing the sensing signal.
