PURPOSE: A soldering iron for an arm type connector is provided to implement simple and quick soldering for connecting a connector and a wire by inserting ball lead in a socket, instantly melting the ball lead using high frequency, and inserting the wire. CONSTITUTION: A soldering iron for an arm type connector comprises a coil part(10) which surrounds the outer peripheral surface of a socket and an arm(20) which accommodates a wire for delivering external power to the coil part. A plurality of frames(201,202,203) are consecutively coupled to the arm. Links are provided at the joints between the arm and the frames for angle control. One end frame is detachably installed in the coil part. The coil part has a transverse cross section in a hexagonal shape with two transformed sides or Y-shape.
