The railcar (1) has a track base accessible in a longitudinal direction of the railcar, and including a parking space for a motor vehicle (2). A railcar door (7) and an access ramp (26) are arranged at the parking space in a driver's side, where the railcar door permits opening of a vehicle door (11). A door opening of the railcar door is arranged in a pivotable region of the vehicle door at the parking space such that unhindered opening of the vehicle door is allowed. The access ramp includes a stepping platform, which is placed at a distance in a track height or in stepping height. |
