Threshold connector comprises a threshold holder (3) and a sealing molding part (4). The threshold holder lies laterally on the front end of a threshold profile (2) and the threshold lies laterally on a door or window frame (1) protruding in the vertical direction. The sealing molding part has a planar sealing surface which corresponds to the outer contour of the door or window frame and a contour on its lower side fitting the surface of the threshold profile. An Independent claim is also included for a process for connecting a door or window frame to a front surface of a threshold profile. Preferred Features: The threshold holder has a base part (5) having a bore for laterally fixing the threshold holder to the front surface of the threshold profile.
