PURPOSE: A lid for a leak test of a radioactive substance transport container is provided to install a quick connector and a dual O-ring within a small space, thereby performing a helium leak test. CONSTITUTION: A lid for a leak test of a radioactive substance transport container includes a first lid(20), an adapter(30), and a second lid(40). The first lid is attached in the upper part of the container(10) transporting a radioactive substance. An O-ring which is able to prevent external leakage of helium is arranged between the first lid and container. The adapter comprises a quick connector(70) in order to fill the inside of the container with the helium. The quick connector is arranged in a concave part(31) of the adapter. The adapter is attached in the lower part of the first lid by a first combining member(51). The second lid comprises a convex part(41) which covers the quick connector.
