The invention relates to food concentrate industry, namely to devices for hydrothermal processing of grain and can be used for obtaining boiled and dried cereals in cereal concentrate production lines.The grain swelling apparatus includes a boiler (3) with removable bottom (18), in which are mounted three tubular electric heating elements (4), equipped with a casing (20) with a thermo-insulating layer (21), a working capacity (2) with cover (8), placed in the boiler with the possibility of forming a water jacket (5), at the same time said elements are mounted on a bifurcated frame (6) equipped with a tilting mechanism. The apparatus also includes a piston (1) with a rod (10), placed in the working capacity (2). The upper end of the rod (10) is made with thread and is introduced in an axial hole made in the cover (8), being sealed with a collar (9), and is equipped with a nut with handles (11). In the lower part of the piston (1) is made a depression for the sealing collar (12), the cover (8) is made in the form of a cylinder and is equipped with a compressed air feeding branch pipe (13), and the lower part of the cover (8) and upper part of the working capacity (2) are made with flanges (24, 25) with holes for bolt clamps (15). |
