PURPOSE: A solar cell and a connecting method thereof are provided to improve the collection of minority carriers by collecting sunlight on the front and rear of the solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A bus bar electrode(110) is formed by doping an emitter on three sides of a solar cell body. One front emitter electrode is formed on the front of the body. A base electrode(150) is formed on the rear of the body. A plurality of base electrodes are formed on the rear of the body in an orthogonal or parallel direction to the emitter electrode. A rear emitter electrode(160) is formed between sub base electrodes. |
