PURPOSE: A stone machining method and apparatus for a sculpture are provided to reduce the time for machining a sculpture by cutting a stone material and forming curved portions and grooves in a single apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A stone machining method for a sculpture comprises steps of: fixing a stone material to a disk(14a), moving the disk along an inner guide rail inside a housing(14), rotating the disk so that a cutting angle marking unit points an indicating unit(14c) and fixing the disk, cutting the stone material at a set angle using a cutting saw(12i) that moves up and down, processing the edges of the stone material using a chamfering member(13e) that moves up and down, and washing off and drying the stone material.
