PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating micro-bubbles in water is provided to obtain the micro-bubbles by changing the volume of mixing fluid and the impact of mixing fluid according to the internal body structure of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical main body(10) includes an inlet(12), an outlet(14), and a space part(16). A cylindrical internal receiving unit(20) includes a tubular path(19) in the space part. A first impact part(30) is arranged at the inlet side of the internal receiving unit, and mixing fluid is impacted and mixed. A second impact part(40) is arranged at a corner part adjacent to the outlet of the main body, and mixing fluid is impacted and mixed. A through hole(18) is formed on the outer circumference of the main body. A flux adjusting unit(50) is further arranged at the outer circumference of the main body.
