PURPOSE: An in-line thickener equipped with a sludge transferring guide is provided to implement a re-concentrating process by being installed at the front end part of a dehydrator or the transferring pipe of coagulation sludge or concentrated sludge. CONSTITUTION: An in-line thickener equipped with a sludge transferring guide includes a housing(1100), a rotor(1200), a screening unit(1300), a sludge transferring guide(1400), a driving unit(1500), a torque transferring unit(1600), and a cleaning unit. The housing is composed of an upper housing(1110) and a lower housing(1120). A filtered liquid outlet is arranged at the lower housing. The sludge transferring guide transfers sludge to an axial direction in case of the rotation of the screening unit. The driving unit is installed at the external side of the housing. The torque of the driving unit is transferred to the screening unit by the torque transferring unit. The cleaning unit cleans the external side of the screening unit. |
