PURPOSE: A location-based community service providing system, supplying apparatus, and supplying method are provided to accurately obtain information from neighboring subscribers based on the current location of the mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal(10) of a subscriber is subscribed to a community service. A position determination server(40) determines the location of the mobile terminal. A POI(Point Of Interface) search server(60) searches for POI within range from the location of the mobile terminal. A virtual owner determination server(70) supplies a social link to the mobile terminal. The virtual owner determination server determines whether to be effective of the access of the mobile terminal. |
