PURPOSE: A method and a system for managing a collaborative project are provided to adjust a schedule for a collaborative project by monitoring a work procedure. CONSTITUTION: A main server(120) generates a collaborative project. The main server establishes the whole schedule of a collaborative project business procedure. A plurality of subcontractor servers(160) establishes a detailed schedule based on the whole schedule. The subcontractor servers monitor a corresponding collaborative project progressing situation of the main server or a related subcontractor server. A management server(140) sets and authorizes an access right to a result of the collaborative project business procedure. |
