PURPOSE: An insulating curtain wall structure using an insulating material is provided to isolate hot or cold air, which goes from an inner space to an outer space. CONSTITUTION: An insulating curtain wall structure using an insulating material comprises an inner frame(10), a central frame(30), a secondary insulating material(40), and an outer frame(50). The inner frame comprises a fastening unit(11) with grooves. One side of a primary insulating material(20) is fastened to the groove. The central frame comprises a contact unit with grooves and a plate unit. The other side of the primary insulating material is fastened to the groove. The plate unit is connected to a body extended to the contact unit. The secondary insulating material protects the plate unit of the central frame and is fastened to the central frame.
