<p>The device has a cage for receiving a coupler knuckle (1), and a jaw (6) retractable by pivoting around an axle (7) interior of a case (5). A cam (9) is pivoted in the case around an axle (10) interior of the case. A lever (12) has a section (12a) pivoted between two positions, where the section (12a) is inactive when the section is in one of the position. A section (12b) of the lever is in form of pedal (15) whose shape and position in the device are provided for passing section (12a) from the former position to other position corresponding to the displacement of the pedal from top to bottom. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle.</p> |
