PURPOSE: A naturally hardened tube for repairing a pipe, a water and sewage pipeline repair device, and a pipeline repair method are provided to reduce manufacture costs of a tube by pushing a tube to the inside of a pipe using the compressed air. CONSTITUTION: A naturally hardened tube for repairing a pipe comprises an air compressor. A tube is inserted into the pipe and to be naturally hardened. The air compressor offers the compressed air to the tube. The tube comprises a felt(120), a resin layer(130), and a film layer(110). The resin layer is the one side of the felt and is attached to the inner surface of a pipe. The resin layer is impregnated in polyurethane. The polyethylene film is laminated on the opposite surface of the resin layer at the felt in order to from a film layer. The polyethylene film is manufactured by metallocene as catalyst.
