PURPOSE: A brush roll device for jetting cooling water is provided to continuously jet cooling water through a second nozzle even if one of jetting holes is blocked by sludge. CONSTITUTION: A brush roll device for jetting cooling water comprises a shaft(100), first nozzles, second nozzles(300), a drum(400), and first and second cooling water flow preventing units(500a,500b). The shaft has a cooling water supply unit(110), a pipe(120), multiple jetting holes(130), first nozzle joining grooves(140), and drum joining grooves(150). The jetting holes are connected to the pipe. The first nozzles are coupled to the first nozzle joining grooves, and the second nozzles are coupled to the drum joining grooves. The drum is coupled to the outer surface of the shaft. A brush(410) is inserted into the drum. The first and second cooling water flow preventing units are coupled to both sides of the shaft.
