<p>The invention relates to a stand functioning with energy recovery on the principle of the recirculation of hydromechanical power for hydraulic cylinder endurance, the stand being an extension of the stand for the rotary displacement machines endurance, functioning on this principle, with mechanical compensation of power losses. According to the invention, the stand comprises an electromotor () with two driving heads whereto there are coupled a fixed positive displacement pump () which sucks in from an oil tank () and a fixed hydraulic engine (), a hydraulic testing cylinder () and a hydraulic load cylinder (), which are identical, have the rods fixed in a coupling () and may move between a limiter (), when the electromagnet () is switched in to the electrically-driven hydraulic distributor (), and another limiter (), when the electromagnet () is switched in to the distributor (), a direction valve () allowing the supply with oil from the tank () of the hydraulic engine () in the non-driven position of the hydraulic distributor (), four direction valves () which allow, in the electromagnet switching phase (), and in phase (), respectively, the oil supply of the rod chamber/load cylinder piston chamber, respectively, the discharge of the oil from the piston chamber/load cylinder rod chamber, a valve () for adjusting the test pressure through which the unconsumed oil is discharged into the tank (), said oil resulting as a difference between the actual output of the pump () and the actual output of the engine (), a pressure gauge () and an oil-water cooler ().</p> |
