The invention relates to a panel meant to collect solar radiation for heating water to be used for domestic purposes. According to the invention, the panel consists of a circular frame () fixed to a support (), which contains, under a protective glass (), a pipe circuit () arranged from the center outwards as Archimedes' spiral, where the gap between the coils is equal to the pipe diameter, fixed by means of two flanges (), the pipe circuit () having an elbow joint () and a restrictive valve () at its inlet and another restrictive valve () at its outlet, where both restrictive valves () are oriented in the same direction, below the circuit () there being located a mirror () which is finned in the plane following the same spiral, only at shifted pitch, and a thermal insulation ().
