PURPOSE: A composite ferrite sheet is provided to obtain a composite ferrite sheet having a flexible property by breaking a ferrite sheet into a plurality of tiny pieces. CONSTITUTION: A ferrite sheet is manufactured(102). Holes for breaking, which pass through the ferrite sheet, are formed on the ferrite sheet(104). The ferrite sheet forming the holes for breaking is plasticized(106). A composite ferrite sheet is formed(108) by attaching a protection sheet to one side of a plasticized ferrite sheet and a both side adhesive sheet to the other side. The ferrite sheet in the composite ferrite sheet is fractured to a plurality of tiny pieces(110).
