The invention relates to mining industry and may be used to equip vertical shafts with high-powered hoisting units. The method includes equipment of shaft with large-sized and auxiliary hoisting units with a combined cable and cantilever armour. The skip shaft is designed to be an intake one, an air flow is directed towards a loaded skip. Two large-sized skips on rope guides, driven by a multiple-rope hoist, and a small-sized cage of emergency and maintenance one-ended hoist with a rigid cantilever armour are placed in the skip. The cage shaft is designed to be an air exhaust one, a large-sized cage on rope guides, driven by a multiple-rope hoist, a small-sized cage of one-ended hoist and integral counterweights with a rigid cantilever armour are placed therein. The large-sized hoisting units in both shafts are equipped in such a way that their direct axis coincides with the direction of ventilating current movement in air ducts and producing level underground openings adjacent to the shafts and symmetrically located on both sides of shafts. Rubber ropes having the length equal to at least total length of large-sized hoisting units are installed in the skip shaft on the side of lining, in the place where the hoisting units meet. The large-sized hoisting units are equipped with aerodynamic planes in the upper end part on the side of internal clearance between them. The planes are set at an angle to the horizontal. The proposed method allows to increase efficiency and safety of hoisting during underground mining. |
