PURPOSE: An optical disk player is provided to use an optical disk drive by connecting the optical disk drive with a computer. CONSTITUTION: An optical disk drive(100) records data or reads the data stored in an optical disk(111). A first processing unit(120) decodes or encodes the read data. A second processing unit(130) decodes the transmitted data in order to use the data transmitted from the first processing unit in a television or an audio system. A computer connection unit(160) connects the first processing unit to a computer.
