The invention relates to methods of controlled parking of transport vehicles at parking lots, paid lots and at other protected zones. The method of control and management an access to a parking lot comprises an initial parking and registration of a transport means at which a primary identification client's code is formed stored at the client's card and to which corresponding information loaded in computer database, the information comprising at least the identification client's code, the transport vehicle, the photo and information about the vehicle owner; forming an inquiry for exit from the parking lot; procedure of exit identification; forming an inquiry for entry; procedure of entry identification; admission transport vehicle; wherein at an initial register an additional secondary code-analog is formed of the primary client's code, stored to the second client's electronic card; before forming an exit enquiry the owner of the first card is verified and compared to the computer database, enabling the second client's electronic card for one time exit and entry changing the first client's card to the second card; the exit is allowed after verification of authenticity of the second code-analog with the primary code loaded in the computer read by a device for reading information at the exit, wherein the primary code in the computer is input after visual identification of the outgoing transport means and with the information displayed at the computer monitor after receiving the second code-analog; the admission is allowed to the parking lot after verification of authenticity of the second code-analog with the primary code loaded in the computer read by a device for reading information at the entry, wherein the primary code in the computer is input after visual identification of the ingoing transport means and with the information displayed at the computer monitor after receiving the second code-analog; after admission the transport means to the parking lot personality of the client's second is additionally verified with the computer database, and data corresponds the client's first electronic card is deactivated and the second client's card is changed to the first client's card. |
