<p>The invention relates to a hydraulic binder and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the binder comprises up to 5% by massβhemihydrate of calcium sulphate, 60...90% by mass stabilized soluble anhydride III, 15...40% by mass soluble anhydride II and 10...30% by mass insoluble anhydride II. According to the invention, the process consists in heating a powder composition of natural or synthetic calcium sulphate in a conduit of a calcinator, in the presence of overheated water vapours, wherefrom there results a mixture of anhydrides and possibly hemihydrates of calcium sulphate, which is heated in the presence of water vapours, at a temperature of 320...600°C and an overpressure ranging from 100 mbar to 2 bar, in a hot air stream with a flow speed of 2...100m/s.</p> |
